1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer two shipping options within the UK. Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days from the time your parcel is dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery – Free: Delivered in 5–9 business days after dispatch. Includes a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking is not available.
  • Premium Tracked & Insured Delivery – £2.95: Delivered in 5–9 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking and delivery updates via email/SMS, plus complete insurance against loss or damage in transit.

During peak sale periods, dispatch may take up to an additional 24 hours. Remote areas and Northern Ireland may require more time.

3. International Shipping & Customs

EDEL offers free shipping within the UK.
As a customer, you are the importer of record. This means you are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees imposed by your local customs authority. EDEL does not collect or prepay these charges on your behalf. By placing an order, you accept these terms and agree to cover any applicable import costs.

Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Premium Tracked orders include a tracking code sent by email/SMS once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

5. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship the package (additional shipping costs apply).
  • If a package is marked as "Undeliverable" by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues

  • External factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays may impact delivery times.
  • If your package is delayed for more than 20 business days, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Standard Delivery (untracked): EDEL is not liable for parcels lost in transit or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Premium Tracked & Insured Delivery (£2.95): Fully covered for loss or damage during transit. If an issue occurs, we will resend your order or issue a refund. Please note: insurance does not cover parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • If you wish to return an item, please review our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
