EDEL – Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

At EDEL, we believe shopping should be stress-free from start to finish, including returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, no problem! We're here to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that all tags are still attached and the item is unused and in original condition.


Quick & Easy Returns

Returning an item is simple.

Please email us at support@edelclo.com with:

Your order number
A brief explanation of the return reason
Optional photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or faulty

Please wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending any item back.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
This applies to both full-priced and sale items.

We’ll guide you through the process to make it as seamless as possible.
Please note that international return shipping can be costly.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased during our anniversary sale or other sale periods are considered final sale for change of mind refunds.

This means refunds are not approved for reasons such as:

Incorrect sizing
Preference changes
No longer wanting the item

Returns may still be requested within 30 days in line with our return policy.
Return shipping costs always apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.


Refunds & Exchanges

For full-priced items, you may request a refund or an exchange.

All exchanges require the original item to be returned first, and standard return shipping costs apply.
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, and are subject to availability.

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or altered condition may be refused or partially refunded.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


In Case of Issues (Damaged / Wrong Item / Lost in Transit)

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Incorrect, such as the wrong item, colour, or size
Or does not arrive at all

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns We Can’t Accept

We cannot accept returns if:

The item shows signs of use or wear
Tags are missing or removed
The return request is made after 30 days


How to Start a Return

Email support@edelclo.com with:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Optional photos or videos if applicable

We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfilment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.

Please note that once an order has been fully processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team first so we can assist you directly.

Once a payment dispute or chargeback has been opened with a bank or payment provider, we may be limited in the actions we can take while the case is under review.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
