How does the clearance sale work?
For the first time in our history, we are offering an exclusive sale as we prepare for our next chapter. EDEL is growing, and with this growth comes a transition—we are moving to a larger warehouse and working with new manufacturing partners to further elevate our quality. As a result, many of our current designs will be discontinued, making this your final opportunity to own them.

When will my order arrive and what are the UK delivery options?
We offer two UK delivery options. All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days from dispatch.
- Standard Free Delivery (Untracked): Delivered in 5–9 business days after dispatch. No tracking is provided. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Premium Tracked & Insured Delivery — £2.95: Delivered in 5–9 business days after dispatch, with full tracking and delivery updates. A tracking link is sent by email/SMS once dispatched. Fully insured for loss or damage in transit—if an issue occurs, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Additional information: During peak sale periods, dispatch may take up to an extra 24 hours. Remote areas and Northern Ireland may require additional transit time. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as business days.
What if the size isn’t right – do you have a size guide?
Fits true to size. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For a more oversized, looser fit, we recommend taking one larger size. You can find detailed sizing information in the Size Chart next to the size options.
Can I return or exchange an item if it’s not right for me?
Of course. You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it’s unworn and in original packaging. Clearance items follow the same returns policy unless clearly stated otherwise. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days once we receive your return.
