30-Day Return Policy and Warranty Terms
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return or warranty claim up to 30 days after receiving your item.
Return and Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@edelclo.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cooling-Off Period and Cancellations
Under UK Consumer Protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason. This applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
At EDEL, we believe in putting our customers first. That's why, even though the law requires just 14 days, we offer a more generous 30-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your order or return your item within 30 days for your peace of mind, no questions asked.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as we begin processing and preparing your items for shipping immediately. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or need to return an item, please refer to our returns section below for further instructions on how to proceed with a return.
Cancelling Your Order
- Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Conditions: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Procedure: To cancel your order, please contact us at support@edelclo.com. Once your cancellation is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
Please note: After 30 days, cancellation or return is no longer possible.
Refunds After Cancellation
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- It may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@edelclo.com.
Warranty: Replacement or Refund
EDEL offers a money-back guarantee or free replacement for reasonable product defects due to manufacturing or material flaws.
To ensure every warranty claim is fair, we will always inspect the product. If damage or health issues are caused by improper use, such as failure to follow care instructions, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions, no replacement or refund will be granted.
Warranty Terms
- The warranty covers damage or defects that occur with normal and proper use.
- Damage caused by misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, drops, or cleaning with harsh chemicals is not covered under the warranty.
- EDEL reserves the right to inspect the item and determine the cause of the defect before approving the warranty claim.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team at support@edelclo.com. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period after receiving a product, we may not be able to honor your claim.
Reporting Damage or Defects
To ensure a smooth process, please notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order. This will allow us to process your claim and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. After this 48-hour window, we may be unable to accept your return or refund request for damaged or defective items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), custom-made items (special orders, personalized products), and personal care products. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you currently have (Shipping cost may apply). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If so, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at support@edelclo.com.
